Rodney competed at the 2024 Emerald Cup in the men's physique division and placed 4th in open and won 1st in his class and the Overall in the natural division. Rodney tells us about growing up as a football player and what it was like leaving that behind and trying to find himself. Then how he ended up with an interest in bodybuilding and ended up stepping on stage and winning his first show!
